Bad weather
It is with regret that due to the bad weather, we will be closed on Monday 3rd May and Tuesday 4th May.
We hope to see you all on Wednesday, and hopefully some better weather!
Re-opening
We are getting last minute touches ready for our opening on Monday, we can’t wait to welcome you all back!
Just a couple of reminders for everyone visiting us from next week…
We are not taking advanced bookings at this time. As we are only using outdoor tables, our opening times are so dependant on the weather. You are welcome to call us on the day you wish to visit to see if we may be able to book a table in for you then, or just walk in.
Every customer over the age of 16 must check in using the NHS Covid 19 app before being seated. It is now a legal requirement that we must not allow anyone who doesn’t do this onto the premises.
Groups outdoors must stick to the rule of 6, or two households mixing at all times, and must remain seated at their tables. Full table service will be given.

Vacancies
The Swan (based in Kibworth) , The Waterfront (based in Market Harborough) and The Foxton Locks Inn (based in Foxton) are busy, vibrant and popular establishments with a good reputation for food and service. We are always happy to hear from people with service industry experience and a customer-focused attitude who are interesting in part-time or full-time positions.
A flexible approach to working hours including being prepared to work at weekends and in the evenings is important.

12th April!
We are so excited that we are now on the countdown to being able to open our outdoor seating areas for food & drinks from 12th April.
We do have to wait for the official announcement confirming this date, which will be on Monday 5th April.
But all being well, we don’t have too much longer to go before we can open, albeit not fully, to our supportive & lovely customers again!
As it will just be the outdoor tables that we can use, the weather will be a big factor in our day to day trading. As a result, we have decided to operate on a walk in basis only, meaning we won’t be taking any bookings for our outside tables.
We plan to start taking table bookings again from early May, when hopefully we will be allowed to reopen fully.
Tier 3
Unfortunately, due to us falling in to a Tier 3 area, we are closed until these restrictions change. We are aware that there is due to be a review of the tiers on Wednesday 16th December. We are hopeful to be open again soon, and grateful for all of our customers who have shown so much support and sent kind words during this difficult period.
2-4-1 Cocktails

As of Thursday 3rd September, we will be introducing a new menu, including a plated Sunday roast dinner!
Our service times will change to Thursday/Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 12-9pm & Sunday 12-5pm
On Sundays, we will serve a reduced menu alongside our Sunday roast
Booking is advisable to avoid disappointment!
COVID-19 procedure update
To our customers,
we are delighted that due to the main restrictions being lifted in Leicester, meaning that people are now able to travel for non essential reasons, we no longer require ID on arrival at our site.
We do still operate our Track & Trace system for our customers, and require bookings for inside tables for maximum of 6 people & two households per table

Eat Out To Help Out
As of Monday 3rd August we will be taking part in the *Eat Out to Help Out* scheme. We will be serving food again from this date Mon-Weds evenings!
This means that any of our customers can enjoy 50% off food and non-alcoholic products, up to a value of £10 per person at our sites any time Monday – Wednesday throughout August.
